I saw this dish on Diners, Drive ins and Dives by Guy Fieri, and thought it would be a much simpler and quicker recipe for making Potatoes Au Gratin for our cooking community. This recipe requires no potatoe peeling and cutting. There is a delicious breadcrumb parmesan cheese crusty topping that looks so good when it comes out of the oven, and adds so much taste and texture. Enjoy!
