Watergate Salad is perfect for any occasion and is quick to make on short notice. Watergate Salad can be used as a cool and refreshing salad or dessert. This sweet and creamy dish is made up of simple ingredients: crushed pineapple, pistachio pudding, whipped cream, marshmallows, and nuts.

Ingredients

• 1 can(20 oz) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
• 2 package(1oz) pistachio instant pudding mix
• 8 ounces thawed whipped topping
• 10 ounces (1½ cup) miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

Directions

1. Add crushed pineapple.
2. Add pistachio instant pudding mix. Stir to combine well.
3. Add whipped topping. Stir to combine well.
4. Add miniature marshmallows. Stir to combine well.
5. Add chopped pecans or walnuts. Stir to combine well.
6. Place in refrigerator for at least a hour before serving.
