Classic Tuna Casserole makes for a cheap and easy meal made in about 30 minutes. Canned Tuna is inexpensive and full of protein and many vitamins. Aunt Sandy take this classic and makes it extra tasty and cheesy for your family tonight.

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Grease 13x9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
Cook noodles (follow directions on the package), drain.
Over medium heat, melt butter in skillet and stir in the onions. Saute for about 5 minutes or until softened.
Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
In a large mixing bowl, mix soup, milk, onion and garlic, tuna, and cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
Mix thoroughly.
Stir in cooked, drained pasta until coated well.
Pour mixture into greased casserole dish.
In a small bowl, mix together cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the pasta mixture evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the bread crumbs are lightly browned and the casserole is bubbling.
