Stuffed Italian Meatloaf is a type of meatloaf flavored with Italian seasonings, stuffed with mozzarella cheese and mushrooms, and topped with a tomato-based sauce or gravy.

Preheat oven to 350º
Saute mushrooms
Saute onion and bell pepper
In a large bowl combine ground beef, suateed onion and bell pepper, milk and beaten egg, pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian bread crumbs mix until incorporated.
Grease a large loaf pan with cooking spray.
Half the meat mixture into 2 halves.
Spread half the meat mixture in the bottom of the pan.
Spread 2 cups of mozzarella cheese evenly over the meat mixture.
Add sauteed mushrooms evenly over the mozzarella cheese.
Spread the other half the meat mixture evenly over the top.
Place pan in a preheated 350°F oven and cook for 35-40 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and drain excess grease.
Mix parmesan cheese and pizza sauce, and spread mixture over the top covering the meatloaf.
Cover the top of the meatloaf with mozzarella cheese.
Place pan back in the oven and cook another 10-15 minutes.
Remove meatloaf from oven, and let stand for 5 minutes.
