Ingredients

• 1 ham, Pre-Cooked or Uncooked, Bone-In or Boneless

Simple Light Glaze Ingredients

• ½ cup honey
• ½ cup orange juice
• ½ - 1 cup packed brown sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (162.8°C).
2. Mix glaze together and set aside.
3. Use a roasting pan (appropriate size) with a rack.
4. Add about a ½ - 1 inch of water in the bottom of the roasting pan.
5. If present remove plastic disk over ham bone and discard disk.
6. Score ham.
7. Place unwrapped ham, flat side down on rack in roasting pan.
8. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
9. Bake ham according to package directions. (minutes X weight).
10. 15 minutes before cooking time is complete, remove the ham from oven.
11. Increase oven temperature to 425°F (218°C).
12. Brush glaze on ham and return ham to the oven uncovered.
13. Continue cooking till glaze is caramelized (15 minutes) and the ham has reached the safe internal temperature.
14. Check ham's internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
• Pre-Cooked, Bone-In or Boneless - internal tempature of 140°F (60°C)
• Uncooked, Bone-In or Boneless pound - internal tempature of 145 °F (62.8 °C).
15. Let ham cool for at least 15 minutes before carving.
