Ingredients
1 lb hamburger meat
1 lb Hot (or mild) pork country sausage
2 cans (total of 7-8oz) of diced green chilies
2½ lbs. Mexican Velveeta cheese
Sliced Jalapeños (optional)
Directions
Brown the hamburger meat and sausage.
Drain meat mixture well.
Cut the Mexican Velveeta cheese into cubes (it will melt easier).
Mix all the ingredients together.
Microwave on high for a total of 15 minutes stiring well every 5 minutes.
Pour the melted mixture in a pre-warmed a crockpot.
Enjoy with your favorite chips like corn chips.
