Oven Fried Peach Pies, a great way to use extra left over pie filling. This recipe is super easy using can biscuits. Can pie filling can be substituted when in a pinch. They make a quick dessert.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray.
Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits.
On a floured surface, roll each biscuit to form 5-inch discs.
Place 2-3 tablespoons of peach filling slightly off center on each biscuit disc.
Fold biscuit over filling; pinch the edge close and use a fork to seal.
Place on greased cookie sheets.
Use a fork or sharp knife to make vent holes on top of each.
Combine melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
Brush each biscuit with melted butter mixture.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown. Some filling may bubble out.
Remove from cookie sheets and allow to cool 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
Optional: top with a scoop of ice cream and serve.
