Preheat oven to 350ºF
Grease and Flour 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed with mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350ºF for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Make icing by mixing powdered sugar into the lemon juice.
Remove cake from oven and poke holes on top of cake.
Pour icing mixture over cake straight out of the oven.
