Cake Ingredients

• 1 Yellow cake mix
• 1 package (3.4 oz.) lemon instant pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• ¾ cup Canola oil
• ¾ cup orange juice

Topping Ingredients

• 2 cups 10x powdered (confectioners) sugar
• 1/3 cup plus 2 tablspoons orange juice
• 2 tablspoons butter, melted

Cake Directions

1. Preheat oven 325º F / 162.8º C.
2. Grease 13 x 9 baking pan.
3. Mix cake ingredients thoroughly.
4. Pour into greased baking pan.
5. Bake at 325º F / 162.8º C for 45 minutes.
6. Made Topping (directions below).
7. Remove pan from oven, leave cake in pan and punch 100 holes (count them).
8. Pour topping over warm cake.
9. Let cake complete cool.
10. Lightly sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cake.(optional)

Topping Directions

1. In saucepan mix topping ingredients and bring to a boil.
2. Boil until ingredients melt.
3. Cover pan, remove from heat, and set aside.
