Spinach Dip in a Bread Bowl is a delightful appetizer that has a cool and creamy spinach mixture with crispy water chestnuts nestled inside a hollowed-out fresh sourdough bread loaf. Ingredients

• 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
• 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
• 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
• 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
2. Chill for about 2 hours.
3. Serve with your favorite cracker, chip or veggie.
