Sausage Balls

Sausage Balls are a real crowd favorite and go quick. With only four ingredients, they don't take long to wipe up a batch. They are the perfect bite size.

Ingredients

• 8 oz fine shredded (grated) sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 cups Bisquick
• 1 lb mild pork country sausage (or ½ lb Hot and ½ lb Mild)
• 2 tbsp water

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Grease a full cookie sheet with cooking spray.
3. Mix by hand or food processor:
• start with sausage
• add finely shredded cheese
• add Bisquick and
• mixing adding water to help Bisquick mix.
4. Continue mixing till thoroughly incorporated.
5. Roll the mixture into small uniform balls and place on cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350° for 7 minutes per side.
