Pizza Sticks - Quick Snack or Lunch to Go!

Pizza is popular at any time of day. Aunt Sandy's Pizza Sticks are quick and simple snack or meal for kids in the afternoon or take with them for lunch. Pizza Sticks would be great for Football Season tailgating. Aunt Sandy's Pizza Sticks are fully customizable like when you are ordering your favorite pizza.

Ingredients

• 1 Pizza Crust, tube (Pillsbury)
• 30 - 40 pepperoni slices
• 10 mozzarella cheese sticks
• 2 tablespoon butter, melted
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp dried parsley
• Optional: Marinara Sauce for dipping
• Optional: Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven 450°F (232°C).
2. Grease full cookie sheet.
3. Spread pizza dough out on greased cookie sheet.
4. Cut sheet of dough into 10 equal size rectangles.
5. On each rectangle, place 3-4 pepperoni slices then top with one mozzarella cheese stick.
6. Roll up each rectangle tucking end the ends. Pinch the seams closed. Repeat.
7. Add garlic powder & dried parsley to melted butter, and brush mixture on each pizza stick.
8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Optional: Sprinkles grated parmesan cheese on top of each pizza stick.
10. Optional: Warm up some of your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.
