These bacon-wrapped smokies (Cocktail Wieners) with spicy brown sugar are yummy! They are sweet, salty, and smoky, with a rich flavor and delightful texture. Taste like tasty meat candy with a kick. No dipping sauce required.

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cut Bacon slices into thirds.
Combine cayenne pepper and brown sugar.
Repeat for each smokie.
Place each piece of bacon flat in the sugar mixture pat the bacon to help the sugar stick to the bacon.
Roll up the smokie on the sugar side of the slice of bacon.
Secure with a toothpick.
Place on the cookie sheet.
After finish rolling up the smokies, spinkle more brown sugar mixture over the top of the smokies.
Place smokies in oven and bake at 400°F (204°C) for 10 minutes.
Flip each smokies and cook an additional 10 minutes.
Place smokies under broiler for desired crispy texture.
